Running injuries
Sports background

Gait analysis
Most running injuries are a training problem, not a form problem.
Nadia has run 14 marathons and treated thousands of runners. She leads our running analysis service and writes most of the journal's running advice.
She specialises in tendon pain, shin splints and runner's knee, and she's known for building training plans people actually stick to.
She's currently chasing a sub-2:55 marathon, and asks every patient for their race plans.
